ReachFive, the leader in SaaS-based Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) for retail, today announces that it has selected Google Cloud for a strategic global partnership that further expands ReachFive’s ecosystem and underlines growing demand from retailers to scale their digital transformation with reliable and secure cloud solutions that allow consumers to access personalised offers anytime and from any touchpoint.
ReachFive has developed a CIAM platform that provides an experience that is easy, secure and respectful for more than 115 million consumers in 93 countries worldwide. It enables retailers, and other customer-centric organisations, to offer their customers a seamless, multi-channel journey with leading-edge account creation and access technology and better personalisation through identity and preference management. ReachFive was recently recognised by KuppingerCole as a CIAM Leadership Compass Challenger, along with a recommendation for consideration by the Retail Industry, while a new total economic impact study found that a composite organisation experiences an ROI of 333% over three years and a payback period of less than three months when using ReachFive’s technology to accelerate their digital transformation.
Google Cloud was chosen as a major partner of ReachFive as their clients need to ensure account and identity services are always available to consumers, from customer onboarding to consent management, in full compliance with the security and privacy obligations. This agreement will allow ReachFive and Google Cloud to collaborate directly and accelerate the use of the CIAM platform. In addition, Google Cloud customers will be able to easily access ReachFive’s identity and authentication capabilities directly from their platform.
Jérémy Dallois, CEO of ReachFive, comments: “This partnership with Google Cloud represents a very exciting stage in our international growth. As retail’s preferred choice of cloud platform, Google Cloud and ReachFive share the same values of high performance, reliability, and security.
“There is a huge opportunity for retailers to embrace digital transformation and put identity at the heart of the customer experience; this partnership will extend our reach to empower brands globally to drive engagement, trust and loyalty.”
ReachFive’s CIAM platform has been developed from the ground up with customer experience capabilities and a specialism in B2C and retail. Its API-first platform enables rapid deployment of CIAM capabilities, maximising retailers’ agility to drive digital transformation.
Grégoire Peiron, Head of Sales, Digital Natives, Google Cloud France, comments “Google Cloud is excited to support ReachFive's innovation as they leverage our cloud security solutions and enable retailers to develop new customer experiences safely and securely. Our collaboration demonstrates our commitment to the digital native ecosystem and exemplifies how our technology can help its growth.”
