Tonik Associates are thrilled to announce an exciting addition to their board of directors, expert in all things retail and a strategic visionary, Salvator Felous. Based in the US, Salvator is now Chairman of the Board to the London, UK-based Tonik team, with a focus on supporting strategic growth and on amplifying pathways into the international arena and retail sector.

Launched in 2000, Tonik Associates is a leading partner in the creative design industry, taking a collaborative and holistic approach in helping businesses to think, design and deliver from concept through to completion and beyond. Toniks unique blend and culture have made it the partner of choice among top brands such as Unilever, Ferrari, Paramount, Hilton and many other “best in class”boutique brands. The team offers an array of services, from strategic consultancy and concept development to interior design, build management and, uniquely, marketing. This means that after physical completion, Tonik can offer continued support for clients.

Salvator is one of the fashion industry’s most respected CEO’s and is bringing his diverse knowledge of the retail industry to Tonik Associates. He is currently CEO of United Fashion Studios (UFS) and Global Vision International (GVI).Offering Brands, scaling global opportunities in both Fashion/Retail and other Lifestyle sectors through networking, deal making, modeling and “future relevant” adaptations in a 21st

century Landscape.

His expertise blends a unique mix of textile design, collection merchandising, wholesale brand modelling and retail store concepts. These, coupled with his practice of disciplined financial mastering and creation of innovative real estate platforms have distinguished Salvator as a visionary of global retail.

Salvator is known for his low-profile approach to growing businesses around the world. His passion for working with the industry’s top designers led to the launch of the first free-standing DKNY store in Europe on the Greek Island of Mykonos. Met with instant success, he went on to launch many more freestanding stores.

Additional favourite collaborations include Calvin Klein, amongst the 200+ brands he has worked with. In 2003 Salvator was instrumental in the development of the luxury denim brand Seven 7 Jeans, which he introduced into the European market to complement his collection of fashion brands.

In 2006, with unparalleled vision and pioneering marketing and PR innovations, Salvator launched a ten story concept luxury department store, The Observatory, and earned a place among leading international retailers. At its London Gala in 2007, FX Magazine recognised Salvator for opening one of the top three retail concept stores world-wide.
