All Melon Fashion Group employees with over 2 years’ service become Co-owners of the Company

Melon Fashion Group, a leading Russian fashion retailer operating the ZARINA, befree, LOVE REPUBLIC and sela brands, announces the launch of a large-scale, long-term employee incentive programme initiated and elaborated by David Kellermann – co-founder, shareholder and Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors. It was decided to give away part of his stake to all employees at Melon Fashion Group, who have been at the Company for 2 years or more. The programme applies to c.1 400 qualifying employees, regardless of their position or geographic location.
David Kellermann, co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Melon Fashion Group, said:
