The Storage Place (TSP Fulfilment) is celebrating after its award win at the 2022 Ward Hadaway North East Fastest 50 Awards for Fastest Growing Small Business’
The fulfilment business, which has recently become carbon neutral, won the award for the small business category and the second-fastest growing business overall for its high-quality services in B2B and B2C large-scale order fulfilment, including online shopping giant Amazon.

The Storage Place was established in 1999 and the 2008 stock market crash forced the company to rethink its strategy.
“Our warehousing market disappeared pretty much overnight”, Chief Executive Michael Meredith added, “and we recognised that there was a demand for fulfilment in the retail industry so we jumped at the chance to grow beyond warehousing and be the go-to business to meet e-commerce needs.
“With Paul joining us in 2020 as Sales Director and now heading up the role of Managing Director, The Storage Place has come on leaps and bounds.
