Rota, H.R. and payroll provider, S4labour, have today announced that in March, they will be releasing new apps for their customers.
The apps are designed to streamline managerial processes and strengthen communication across businesses, without everyone relying on one app.

Staff can see where they stand in terms of holiday accrual and requests, and the manager can adjust shifts and manage holiday and absences from their phone, keeping them on the shop floor.”

With the new apps, team members can access everything they need, including rotas and holiday accrual and requests from one place, whilst managers can oversee all of this from their app. In terms of H.R. efficiency, everything the managers need to successfully and compliantly onboard and manage their staff is in one place. Things like GDPR compliance and contracts are all there in a user-friendly format. Our popular time and attendance app, ‘TAPS’, has also been redesigned for customers.”
S4labour states that the new apps come as a result of wanting to improve staff engagement and retention in retail stores, as well as simplifying admin processes to ensure managers can stay on the shop floor and focus their efforts on the team and sales, rather than paperwork.
The apps will be available to download from the app store and google play.
