Oh Polly partners with InPost to offer label-free returns service

InPost, a leading out-of-home and eCommerce delivery company, today announces that Oh Polly is the latest brand to sign up to its QR code returns service.

‘Instant Returns’ was launched by InPost earlier this year to make the returns process quicker and easier for consumers. It’s the first returns service where only a QR code is needed – there is no need for shoppers to print a label at home, or at the drop-off point. All they have to do is scan their QR code at an InPost locker and drop the parcel off, with the whole process taking a matter of seconds.

In addition to speeding up the returns process, removing labels from the customer journey makes the new service greener than traditional returns, by saving paper and preventing wastage of unused printed labels. Global fashion brand Oh Polly becomes the latest fashion retailer to sign up to the service, joining other leading retailers including Missguided, New Look and schuh.

Jason Tavaria, CEO at InPost UK said: “We’re excited to welcome Oh Polly into our cohort of partners, and help them to make the returns experience as frictionless as possible. For retailers, returns are becoming a huge part of the customer experience, core to driving customer lifetime value and competitive advantage. That’s why we’re on a mission to make the returns process as easy as possible, making it possible for customers to return items in seconds whilst at convenient locations.”

Claire Henderson, CEO at Oh Polly said: “Making things as convenient as possible for our customers is key to us at Oh Polly, and we’re excited to partner with InPost to offer more ease and convenience when it comes to returns. Oh Polly customers are predominantly digital natives, and we know the simplicity of the Instant Returns service will be a hit with them.”

InPost’s Instant Returns contact-free solution is available to use 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With the label replaced by a QR code scanned at the locker, it is self-service, and takes as little as 10 seconds to complete.
