Wembley Park has today announced a trio of wellbeing lettings which together will see opticians Specsavers, independent salon Urban Rose Beauty and dog wellness centre The Cuddle Club occupy nearly 4,700 sq ft at London’s world-famous Wembley Park neighbourhood.

Specsavers will take 1,776 sq ft, Urban Rose 1,765 sq ft and The Cuddle Club 1,126 sq ft throughout the Wembley Park district.

The deals solidify Wembley Park’s status as the UK’s leading 15-minute neighbourhood, adding even greater choice to a comprehensive range of retail, dining, leisure and amenities accessible to local residents, workers and visitors.

The Cuddle Club, which provides ‘dog therapy’ sessions for office staff across London and the South East, will launch its first bricks and mortar offer at Wembley Park. Services will include grooming and spa treatments and dog day-care and walking services, alongside a store selling pet accessories, toys and treats.

And guests at award-winning salon Urban Rose Beauty will be able to enjoy a range of treatments, from specialist waxing services to massages – as well as a complimentary Champagne bar.

Matt Slade, Retail Director at Quintain, said: “Wembley Park continues to go from strength to strength as we progress through the busy summer season, with the return of even more events at Wembley Stadium and the resurgence of tourism in the capital.

“Having already kicked off 2022 with a flurry of new lettings, these latest deals will build on the district’s leading reputation as a 15-minute neighbourhood, providing local residents and guests alike with an unparalleled retail, leisure and wellbeing offer.

“We are hugely proud of Wembley Park’s astonishing transformation story and look forward to welcoming even more guests to enjoy this ever-evolving district throughout summer.”

The trio of new lettings come after Quintain signed deals with two lifestyle brands earlier this year, including Pilates boutique El Estudio, which took 1,970 sq ft, and bike repair shop Fix Your Cycle, which took a further 1,389 sq ft – both of which are now open and trading.

Aneka Johnson, founder at The Cuddle Club, said: “While location was key to choosing our first bricks and mortar store, so too was identifying a landlord as progressive and forward-thinking as Quintain.

“With Quintain Living having long championed dog-friendliness for its residents, The Cuddle Club is now ready to welcome a pool of happy and contented Wembley Park residents and their furry friends.”

Jennifer Murphy, founder at Urban Rose, said: “Wembley Park immediately struck us as an amazing development with a huge variety of shops, food and leisure.

“The destination was especially attractive for us as many of our clients are based in Wembley and regularly travel to our Chiswick branch for our unmatched quality of service and treatment offerings.

“We are really excited to be part of the Wembley Park story as this dynamic neighbourhood continues to go from strength to strength.”

Quintain’s vision for retail and leisure at Wembley Park, which spans 500,000 sq ft, is to create a 15-minute neighbourhood in which residents and visitors can find everything they could want or need within a short walk from their front door or the train platform.

Projected to attract more than 20 million visitors a year, Wembley Park will benefit from £328m potential annual retail spend, putting it ahead of London districts such as Camden Victoria and Ealing Broadway. Quintain has its own Wembley Park Retail team headed by Matt Slade. Retail and leisure agents for Wembley Park are Nash Bond and CF Commercial.
